she can do what...
So I guess my daughter is a contortionist but I would not have believe the news if it were not for the photo documentation. I was not around when the event took place but Daniel said it was unprovoked and he could not believe it so had to photograph for proof.
So about three weeks ago I found this amazing wooden toy house at a thrift store. The whole thing including a large lot of people/freniture only cost $20. I was shocked at the deal and had to buy it. Miss. A loves it and wants to play with it all the time. Well on the night in question I believe she got a bit to into playing with her people and decided she wanted to get into the house. Mind you this house is not that big but she found a way to join in the fun. Somehow she was able to get herself through the living room and out the front door.
Since this incident she has only done it one more time but this time I was there to witness and it scared me a bit as visions of us cutting the house apart to get her out were running through my head. It has been about a week since her last contorting adventure and I hope that maybe she has forgotten about it.

Oh to be that flexible. What a sweetie.
so cute.
(btw -I have been trying to comment for 2 days now -blogger does not like me:(
First- your miss A is a gorgeous munchkin.
Second- what an amazing find! the house is incredible!
Third-Thank you for such a cute post :)
What a wonderful dollhouse! I don't blame her for wanting to join the dolls.
Christina, you win the laugh of the day award! This is priceless! Olivia did a similar thing in one of our tiny cabinets when she was that age. Except she did get stuck and I had to pry her out. Coincidentally, we have a very similar doll house. I love the blue in yours.
At least she is okay. I was afraid that I was going to read that she got stuck in it and that you had to cut it apart!!!
She really likes it!
So sweet!!!
This is so funny! :) Elise would totally do that. My husband had to be cut out of the spokes of a rocking chair when he was little, so I think a lot of kids like to do these things.
What an awesome deal on the dollhouse! I inherited a very Victorian dollhouse from my grandma, but this one is much cooler.
how cute and funny she is. adorable.
so funny!
(my husband saw the pic of miss A and said 'wow, she's almost as cute as [princess] was at that age!' :) (he's a dad, don't be offended by the almost)
i think i've told you she reminds me of my girl, though - i'll have to post a photo of her when she was that age...)
